Italian Dream Weddings founder, Raffaele Silletti, was born and raised in Puglia, and now resides in Florence, Tuscany. Having connections to local vendors in Puglia, Tuscany and Amalfi along with his deep-rooted knowledge of Italian traditions and culture, Raffaele is able to source amazing local vendors for your wedding that will make it an intentional, unforgettable experience.
Heather Meseroll was born and raised in Virginia, and now resides in New Jersey. After getting married in Puglia, with Raffaele as her and her husband’s wedding planner, Heather has started helping Raffaele add a layer to Italian Dream Weddings by bringing her passion for Italy as well as her organizational and communication skills to the business.

In the partial planning package, you will lead the planning with our assistance along the way! All partial planning packages include day-of coordination, but the rest is customizable to fit your planning needs. Full service planning includes guiding you through every aspect of the planning process from hand-selected venues and vendors, site visits, overseeing budget and timeline, communicating with vendors, and more! Whatever you need help with, we will guide you through it and be there to answer your questions at any point along the way. Please inquire to learn more!

We begin the planning process! We will start regular communications to kick off planning, and our team will begin to source local vendors for you (if you purchase a package that includes vendor sourcing and selection). This is where the FUN happens, and we get to start planning a day that speaks to and reflects who you are as a couple!
Step 2
After chatting about your needs, if it seems like we may be a good fit, we will send over a proposal of our pricing and what we can offer. Once you receive the proposal, you can reach out with any questions and we can talk through it together. Once we are aligned on the proposal, we will send over a contract for you (and us!) to sign. This is what will block your date on our calendars to ensure we can work together.
Step 3
To explore working together, the first step is reaching out to us! We will set up an introductory call to meet you and chat about your wedding day aspirations and visions, and discuss the level of planning you need. For this call, it can be helpful to have a general location (i.e. Tuscany) and target date or season in mind, but if you are open to anything we can chat through the areas we work in and together try to understand which would be the best fit for you!
